For the fifth year in a row, Mountain Road RV has received NEWMAR's Customer Service Excellence Award. Richard Parks, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Newmar Corporation based in Nappanee, Indiana; John Sammut, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Newmar; and Jeff Thomas, Regional Account Manager for the Northeast, personally presented the award to John McLean, the General Manager of Mountain Road RV. The prestigious award is only given to Newmar dealerships that achieve over 90% customer satisfaction.
